ACCEPTANCE OF HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT TEXTBOOK

Recognizing the important role of imparting knowledge on "Human Resource Management" to students, Dr. Nguyen Quoc Tuan, along with the team of lecturers from the Department of Human Resource Management, Faculty of Business Administration, has compiled the textbook "Human Resource Management". The textbook underwent an evaluation conducted by the university on June 2, 2022, as per Decision No. 760/QD-ĐHKT dated May 18, 2022.

During the evaluation session, Dr. Nguyen Quoc Tuan, on behalf of the editorial board, presented a detailed overview of the textbook, which consists of 7 chapters. Chapter 1, "Overview of Human Resource Management," analyzes the nature and strategic/administrative roles of human resource management. The following six chapters cover various functions of HR management, including Job Analysis and Design (Chapter 2), Human Resource Planning (Chapter 3), Recruitment (Chapter 4), Performance Management (Chapter 5), Human Resource Development (Chapter 6), and Employee Rewards (Chapter 7).

The evaluation board highly appreciated the efforts of the team of lecturers specialized in Human Resource Management within the Faculty of Business Administration. Objectively speaking, the textbook enables learners to understand and develop the ability to design HR policies in areas related to attracting, retaining, and developing human resources, establishing connections between HR functions and other functional areas, business strategies, and organizational strategies.

In the future, once the publication is released, the "Human Resource Management" textbook will serve as a valuable learning and research resource for students, and anyone interested in the application of Human Resource Management.
